Sku Actor Messages

applyCommands	Applies a list of commands to a Sku
calculateAvailableStock	Calculates available stock
create	Creates a new SKU.
getStockHistory	Returns the stock change history (physical stock, allocations, reservations and back orders) as far back as SKU actor log is retained.
query	Queries the SKU from the graph.
