Adds a new Fulfillment to an Order

fulfillmentId | uuid (optional) Optional Id. Must be unique. |
numberPrefix | string (optional) Optional prefix to add prepend to the fulfillment number. If not specified, the default "F" will be used in combination with the OrderNumber prefix. Set to empty string to not use prefix. |
shippingProductNumber | string (optional) Optional shipping product number. |
shippingDescription | string (optional) Optional shipping product description |
shippingPrice | number (optional) Optional shipping price. Including or excluding tax depending on the Order's TaxIncluded setting. |
